Overview
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If 7 days have passed since delivery of your order, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. your order invoice)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer — send it to us at the address below.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Exchanges
If a T-shirt doesn’t fit right, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how:
- Fold the T-shirt and place it in a cover/parcel.
- Take the invoice sheet that came with your order. On the back, write the size you’d like in exchange, and place it inside the same parcel.
- Send the parcel to: Seelanbro Enterprises 66/65, Bharathi Street, Sangilivadi Vill, Chellampati Post, Harur Tk, Dharmapuri Dt, Tamil Nadu – 636903
- Once you’ve shipped the parcel, email us the order number and AWB (Airway Bill) number to seelanbro2020@gmail.com.
Once we receive the parcel, we’ll send the requested size to the same address used on the original order.
Note: Courier charges for sending the item back to us must be paid by you. We do not currently offer a reverse pickup facility.
Refunds
To request a refund, send the product back to us at the address above. Include a note with your order number and the word “Refund” written on it, along with the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email or call you to confirm we’ve received it, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds apply only to the value of the returned product. Shipping charges, COD charges, and any other additional charges are non-refundable.
- Online paid orders: refunded to the original card or account used for payment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via NEFT/UPI to the bank account details you provide. Please email your account details, UPI ID, and contact information to seelanbro2020@gmail.com.
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs are not included and will not be reimbursed.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it can take some time for a refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank — there’s often a processing delay before a refund appears.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at seelanbro2020@gmail.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the gift-giver, and they will be notified of the return.

A few things to keep in mind:
- You’re responsible for your own return shipping costs; these are non-refundable.
- Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee that a returned item will reach us safely.
